Can't connect to Wired and Wireless at the same time.

Solved. -
Okay, I could connect to my wifi then run the quick start up script and be connected to the pineapple aswell. But now when I run the script it disconnects me from the wireless internet and connects me just to the pineapple. Please help, I can't find an answer anywhere.
