  1. That is how openWRT works. In fact, you cannot write to it.

Space wise, you have 16mb of volatile memory and in 2.6.3 with no modules installed you have about 1mb of free space.

This space is mounted to /.

    Your pineapples are all fine.

If you do want to upgrade storage, you will need to use a usb drive or similar.

    Best Regards,

    Sebkinne

In this regard, can I then delete the /rom directory? I am attempting to setup the phishing pages, but there is not enough room on the pineapple, and the phishing pages take too much space. I followed all the instructions for setting up the USB in the drive. Would I have to setup some sort of link to the USB drive on the pineapple to add the phishing pages?

  2. I am getting the following error from the Pineapple in the logs whenever I plug in the Sandisk Cruzer Fit 4 GB from the Hak Shop in the device. I formatted the drive and setup the partitions correctly as per the manual, and I am getting the following error from the Pineapple logs when I plug the drive in. I am running Firmware 2.7.0

  3. If I SSH into the pineapple and flash the pineapple through the CLI, do I have to have to have the pineapple connected to the network through ethernet or will it work through wifi? If I remember correctly, that is how I got the whole thing messed up in the first place by using wifi during the upgrade, which I did not realize until later. It was completely my mistake through misinterpretation of the instructions

  4. @digininja, it used to work with the browser, but since I performed the upgrade incorrectly, it erased my index.php page, and now only has one line of code that sends you to redirect.php, and redirect.php keeps sending you back to index.php, and so on and so forth.

TL;DR Endless loop when I navigate to the 172.16.42.1/pineapple. Does not give me the login anymore.

  5. I tried updating my pineapple firmware and had a problem with the update. The update erased the html code contained within the index.php page inside of the www directory. Can anyone copy/paste their index.php page here (the one contained inside the www directory)? My web gui is blank. The only way for me to use my pineapple is through ssh, but I would like to have my web gui back :)
