  1. TL;DR will deleting the /rom directory on the pineapple brick it? I am doing a presentation on this thing in a few weeks, and I don't want to have a useless device and look like a fool.
  2. I located the logs through ssh, but for some reason they do not show in the phishing logs for the web front end of the pineapple.
  3. In this regard, can I then delete the /rom directory? I am attempting to setup the phishing pages, but there is not enough room on the pineapple, and the phishing pages take too much space. I followed all the instructions for setting up the USB in the drive. Would I have to setup some sort of link to the USB drive on the pineapple to add the phishing pages?
  4. I have searched the internet and have not found anywhere that shows where your url snarf logs and ssl strip logs are shown at. I am curious to see if they are shown in real time as well. Anyone with any info on where to view the logs is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  5. On 2.7.0, the Fit will only work if you have the pineapple powered up through AC power. It will not work through the battery or USB
  6. I am getting the following error from the Pineapple in the logs whenever I plug in the Sandisk Cruzer Fit 4 GB from the Hak Shop in the device. I formatted the drive and setup the partitions correctly as per the manual, and I am getting the following error from the Pineapple logs when I plug the drive in. I am running Firmware 2.7.0 00:16:24 Pineapple kern.err kernel: [ 984.190000] usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -145 00:16:09 Pineapple kern.info kernel: [ 969.070000] usb 1-1: new high-speed USB device number 6 using ehci-platform 00:15:57 Pineapple kern.err kernel: [ 957.960000] hu
  7. Thanks to everyone who replied to my forum post. I was able to get my pineapple up and running again! Now to play with this thing :)
  8. I'm trying now to connect to the pineapple through ftp using Filezilla, it keeps refusing my connection. I am using the correct information Host: 172.16.42.1 Username: root Password: pineapplesareyummy port: 22 Am I using the wrong port maybe for filezilla?
  9. If I SSH into the pineapple and flash the pineapple through the CLI, do I have to have to have the pineapple connected to the network through ethernet or will it work through wifi? If I remember correctly, that is how I got the whole thing messed up in the first place by using wifi during the upgrade, which I did not realize until later. It was completely my mistake through misinterpretation of the instructions
  10. @digininja, it used to work with the browser, but since I performed the upgrade incorrectly, it erased my index.php page, and now only has one line of code that sends you to redirect.php, and redirect.php keeps sending you back to index.php, and so on and so forth. TL;DR Endless loop when I navigate to the 172.16.42.1/pineapple. Does not give me the login anymore.
  11. @stealthkit, the link that you posted, is a 404: page not found lol.
  12. The way it happened, was that I misinterpreted the upgrading instructions. It wiped out the index.php file in the www directory, but it did not brick the pineapple. I can still SSH into, I just don't have the web front end to play with.
  13. Sorry I forgot to specify. This is for the Pineapple Mark IV
  14. I tried updating my pineapple firmware and had a problem with the update. The update erased the html code contained within the index.php page inside of the www directory. Can anyone copy/paste their index.php page here (the one contained inside the www directory)? My web gui is blank. The only way for me to use my pineapple is through ssh, but I would like to have my web gui back :)
