  1. This is actually something that I have been working on over the last week or two (specifically the Aruba Networks side). There were a few things that I came across, this included, that I have started digging into further. Let me ask you this, with the Aruba equipment, what version of AOS are you seeing this in and are you specifically talking about the controller not finding the device or are you also using Airwave? I have been testing on 6.1.3.x as well as some testing on the early release of 6.2.0.2. Jeremy
  2. Thanks for the response. There are no lights what so ever. After it completely drained the battery on the pineapple juice, I was less than encouraged to plug it into anything else XD Yes, I tried both the USB>Barrel connector plus the AC power supply. I also tried another power supply that is the same as the other, it didn't work either....no lights what-so-ever. So nothing... I didn't think that the reset button would do anything but I figured I would give it a shot so that I could feel confident that I tried everything that I could think of...oh well. I guess I will await a return email from the shop...less than a week of playing and this thing fried out makes me sad...thanks again for the response...
  3. So, I am sitting here with my head hung low because my Pineapple has decided that it doesn't want to power up any longer. I was doing some testing and playing yesterday (mainly mitm/Karma) and had to go do something else. So, as usual, I shut down the Pineapple and went on with my life. A few hours later, I plug the AC adapter in and, to my surprise, there were no lights. I let it sit for a minute with no change. So, I thought maybe the AC adapter was bad so I plugged in my freshly charged Pineapple Juice battery...it instantly drained to empty and shut off. So that was interesting. I also tried a factory reset in the hopes that something was just corrupted but no dice. So, this is my question; has anyone seen this before? Is it now shot? Info... Pineapple Hardware Version (ex: Mark III, Mark IV, etc.): Mark IV Pineapple Software Version (ex: 2.5.0, 2.6.4): 2.7.0 OS used to connect to the pineapple: Various (BT5r3, Win7, iOS) Network layout of how your setup is connected (including IP information): Not even connected but wireless usually All the tools/options that are running on the pineapple when the issue happened: None Ping results from computer to pineapple: No pinging... Is the problem repeatable (Yes/No): Yes Steps taken which created the problem: Press and held reset button 10 seconds...tried different power sources Error Messages: Log file information: Anything else that was attempted to 'fix' the problem: Thanks all...
