Does this plugin works fine? It can jammer all APs in the neighbourhood, so anybody trying to go online gets pushed to your AP?

Is it the client that decides to what SID he connects to? For example, when I have my pineapple next to my linksys router which one will my client (=laptop) connects to? My laptop knows already my linksys router...
