Hi! Yes that's correct. I am from Norway, and I read the article today.. He is a Norwegian security expert. He has been on many videos. Here's one more today from him: http://www.dagbladet.no/2012/10/02/nyheter/datasikkerhet/hacking/informasjonsteknologi/dbtv/23683185/ He took control over a android phone, by sending a fake "text message" to it with a link, and when the link was opened he gained control. How is that possible?
