well i am hoping to buy an amd processor for socket 939 which one is better performance wise? the 4400+ X2 (dual core) or the FX-55 (single core) both support sse3 the 4400 x2 is at 190 dollars and FX-55 is at 130 so which one is better price/value wise? thx in advance all inputs welcome

I have two questions. 1. I bought a Memorex TravelDrive. I found out later that there is such a thing called Memorex TravelDrive U3. Is there a way to install the U3 software and the 4mb fake cd parttiton on my normal TravelDrive? How legal is this? This would make a nice hack for hak5's next eps IMHO. 2 I am thinking about putting linux on my usb. Which distro is compatible and easy to use? I am a linux nub. Hi i watched ep 8 and followed the directions to hooking up tv to computer. However my graphics card does not accept RF mod as a legitimate device and refuse to output to it. Is there away to make it work? i have the rf mod from radioshack and my video card is gigabyte gv-3d1. ps all gv cards from gigabyte sucks. They refuse to write driver for linux and the generic driver from nvidia does not support gv cards running sli in linux and striaght up crash windows. thx in advance.
