is it possible to run dns spoof and sslstrip at the same time?

can you run dns spoof and sslstrip at the same time?

can someone help me... all i want to do is start up my pineapple up and start karma and start sslstrip.

Everytime I connect to my pineapple and have karma and dns spoff going and then try to connect to gooogle i get this.. http://www.google.com/redirect.php does anyone know how to fix this ?
