I'm running 2.7.0 on a Mark IV Decided to try the Wifi Relay. I installed the networkmanager module Powered up the pineapple, attached the Alpha AWUA036H via USB. Next I ran ifconfig wlan1 up, to enable the Alpha, as it was down. Then I went to the networkmanager module and there was my WLAN1 interface ready for the client configuration. The WLAN1 was configured to join my home network, and it did authenticate but never got an ip. I tried manually giving it an ip and default gateway and could then ping google, but that lasted all of 20 seconds and ip disappeared from my wlan1 interface. Does any one have any working step by step instructions to get this working? Thanks for reading. Todd

OK. My Bad. I followed this link to get a hello world site up and running via DNS redirect. https://github.com/sebkinne/wifipineapple/wiki/DNS-Spoofing I will look again through the forum for displaying URL's via SSH. Thanks

I'm having a problem getting DNS spoofing and URL Snarf to work. 1)Upgraded it to 1.0.2 2)From my backtrack laptop I connected to my wireless router for internet. I connected my ethernet port to the Mark IV POE LAN Jack. 3)Ran the script on the laptop. wget wifipineapple.com/wp4.sh; chmod +x wp4.sh; ./wp4.sh; firefox http://172.16.42.1/pineapple & 4)On Configuration menu, I added this to first line in DNS Spoof Host section, and hit update spoof host.. 172.16.42.1 * 5)On Status menu, I started MK4 Karma, AutoStart, DNS Spoof, URL Snarf. 6) Connected my samsung smart phone to the pinapple SSID and I have full internet access. I don't appear to be redirected to 172.16.42.1 Also, I don't see any logs showing URL's I visited. Need help on this. I've missed a step somewhere. Thanks in advance Todd
