  1. Yeah I had a similar experience - Ap51 direct from Germany, Mk IV from Hak5 took a month to arrive what really gripped me about the duty tho - the duty was calculated at approx £3 however the Royal Mail put a £9 handling charge on the duty!!!! I have bought a PCB hornet from Crucialwifi without issue, really quick delivery and cheap shipping - the supplier refunded excess postage costs to my PayPal account! But the flashing process isn't as straightforward on the Mk IV as the mark III - I have found the parts at fairly lo-cost on EBay to flash. The other point with the PCB it doesn't have the familiar SMA connector for the antennae instead using a (ipx ?) connector more common with 3G dongles. So if you have existing antennas you may need a suitable 'pigtail' to interface.
  2. There's plenty on my mind, but mainly not enough time to act on it

  3. Keylog a dozen employees in the restroom! I think you should save your $50 for the lawsuit!! Stick to discarding thumb sticks in the parking lot or other such sophisticated pen testing methodology - IMHO the guys paying for pen test are more interested in competence than 'tricks', and generally they will see through gimmicks for what they are. The pineapple for most of us is a sophisticated means of learning a lot of skills in and around the methodology of network security / pen testing / having fun?
  4. Hi Guys Just posted this in another thread: http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?showtopic=26280 It mentions a UK based supplier (I'm not on commission!) for Alfa products - I think he'll ship elsewhere in EU
  5. Hi Guys I don't know where you are based but here in the UK there is a supplier with stock of the Mark IV hardware, both barebones and in housing: http://www.crucialwifi.co.uk/index.aspx?pageid=740999&chainID=79144&txtQuickSearch=Atheros+AR9331 If you are in the UK it saves on customs - but you will have to update firmware and you don't get the neat network cable and Hak5 stickers.
