  1. Thats actually a really good idea, thanks for all your help
  2. Hello all, a friend and I would like to start pentesting small, home networks around our area to make a little extra money. We are both 15 year old, and I was wondering if anyone had advice on pentesting in general. I have read some ebooks and have a fair understanding of what needs to be done in a pentest, but have fairly limited knowledge about writing a report after the pentest. Any advice or help would be great! Thanks, Sheepgobeep

  4. That might be the case, but the charger I'm using is used for charging remote controlled car batteries so I'd think that would be powerful enough. Anyway I'm going to get to converter now, Ill report back if it works with that. If it doesn't, does that mean I have a broken pineapple? BTW the LAN light isn't turning on when I plug it into my laptop, does that mean I've done something wrong? EDIT: I got the adapter and tried again, but I still got the error 'Non arp received' I'm using the Ethernet cable that came with the pineapple, I've set it to a static ip and I'm running EasyFlash as admin. Any ideas to get this working?
  5. One last question, do i have to use the charger that comes with the pineapple or can i use any that fits the port. I tryed a charger that was lying around (im getting an adapter tommorow) and it gave me that same error
  6. Is there any other way to flash the pineapple on Windows because EasyFlash doesn't seem to be working anymore?
  7. So I haven't broken anything because the power ran out mid-flashing?
  8. so it should work fine on the wall charger? I need to get an adapter seeing that its a US plug
  9. Hello, When I was flashing my new Mark III using Freifunk EasyFlash, the batteries on my pineapple ran out. And now when I go to flash it again I get this message: 'stderr:NON arp received' over and over. Have I broken something? Can this be fixed?
