my problem is really strange to me, i am not sure if someone here can tell me what happen.
i have a desktop and 3 users running shockwave with no problems, all chrom, firefox or IE.
Few months ago, i forgot how long exactly it was, the shockwave player start to crash in my user account, i did not access to check whether the other two account in my desktop. i try with difference browser, IE or Firefox (i mainly use chrome) all of them are not work. First crash then the screen turn into green.
i try to uninstall or reinstall all flash player & shockwave player but no luck, i finally restore my computer to about a month ago and its work again.
i did not realise that my wife's account and the other were not able to play video in youtube or any shockwave require web page. i again try to uninstall or reinstall all flash & shockwave again & again but with no luck and when no other option, i try to create a 4th user account but not work also.
because the other two accounts does not create any restore point, so i cannot use the old trick to restore it.
today, i try to reinstall a new win7 and the same problem appear.
my suspect is that must be on window 7 update cause this problems.
does anyone know how is this happen and how to solve it?
i also try to use sysexport from nirsoft to compare both of my user account's windows update history but they are identical.
i would be really appreciate someone could shred me some light what is the problems i have.
