I have recently put together a usb hacksaw and its great! The only problem is that im using Max Damage 1.1 but its not getting passwords of my aim 6.0 (yes i had the password saved so i could try it) anything new out to fix that? and also, norton asks if you want to allow the script, but since your in the system admin, is there a way to have the flash drive disable it?

Ok i have been looking for the parts online for a while and finding the best things for a decent priced awsome gaming computer. All i need is a tower like the antec 900 because of the fans, but one that is larger and has less problems. Also there are just a few things i will go out and buy (like the dvd drives) so tell me anything thats wrong or ideas. Also, anysites for help on building it, incase i do need help because this is my first build. Ok so here is the list i have compiled -Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 Conroe 2.93GHz -ASUS P5N32-E SLI Socket T (LGA 775) NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard -CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) -Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive -18X dvd drive- any suggestions would be nice (20-40 bucks) -eVGA 768-P2-N831-AR GeForce 8800GTX 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card -SILVERSTONE SST-ST75ZF ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V 750W Power Supply 90 -Any ideas for a case like the antec 900 that has lots of fans, but isnt as small/ have as many problems -Sound card idea (50-100 range)

ok well it does seem like a lot but im on a price limit because my parents are getting this for me as a gift and i thought it would be cool to put it together, but vako, your saying not to. 1. How much would someone charge (estimate, ik it can be very varied, but just an estimate.) 2. I have installed ram, vid card, and pwoer supply, so i have a little experience, how hard is mother board andprocesser? 3. will all this work together or do parts conflict?

no i havent, im going to do that. Any other cases that are better than antec? Aso i have the 1000w power supply because u need that to have dual 8800GTX and im thinkin im going to buy one a once i get some extra cash

ok so if i get the quad it wil be the same performance as the other except for when programs are able to use the quad core then it will be faster? (and about the ram i am thinking about getting 2 gb or 4 so i will have a good ammount no matter what) thanks for all the great info btw

i recently downloaded this (speedfan) and started fiddiling with it without thinking and now i dont know how to set it back to its default speed. Also my fans sped up when i would launch a game or somthing, how do i set it to do that need help.... :oops: so if u have used this program or know how to that would be great

so do u think that if i buy it i will be able to get it to its full potential by overclocking it, or when they make them better get drivers for it?

I am thinking about building a new computer for gaming, video editing and other things. i read the quads where not very good in a magazine, so i thought i would ask for help from other people who might have one. Hey, i reccently got a 21 inch monitor for my computer and it has a hdmi port. My video card also supports hdmi cables. If i use this how much of a better picture will i recive if any, and if its difficult to get to work...how do i get it to work.. thanks
