K well I made it home which means if I need to do a serial flash, I can use my arduino as a seral converter by jumping ground to rest and use the rx and tx pins. The reason why I am not doing a hard reboot is because it says that it might brick it. http://cloud.wifipineapple.com/wiki/doku.php?id=guidemacics. Also I do have backups, but that's not going to help since I can't see the device. -
I tried using the instructions on the wiki for using the wifi pineapple with Mac OSX ICS. Now the wifi wont work, and I have no way to get into the pineapple. I tried both ethernet ports on the pineapple and my macbook air keeps on giving it's self self assigned IP addresses. Currently I am trapped in an airport with an almost 5 hour delay. [EDIT] I have tried sshing to 192.168.2.254 using both ports to no avail!

I think it's an alfa ap51. I wish it was the alfa with two ethernet and a usb port.

I looked and it could be a couple of different wifi routers. It could even be a 3g/wifi modem. It is most likely that he is using it internally but will eventually release it because the open-mesh mini has stopped being produced. Open-mesh replaced it with a more expensive version costing $60. Hey I have a pineapple v2 and an interesting problem to solve. In theory there is a wifi network called "pwnme". Pwnme belongs to lets say a school that provides their kids with laptops. Now pwnme is protected with wpa2. Now the pineapple would normally respond to the probe requests but, because pwnme uses wpa2 the pineapple is thwarted. However I know the wpa2 key by using coWPAtty. This password is "asdfjkl12". Also my pineapple is the auto rickrolling one. Is there a way to deauth the real pwnme so that clients join a pineapple call "pwnme" with a wpa2 password of "asdfjkl12"?
