I use backtrack 4 final vmware when i opened it it opened but when i reboot I type in startx then the following in the image below appears what should i do to start the backtrack

Did you install the vmware tools first or when you connected the usb wifi and it identified it?????

I've checked and its compatible but how do i make the backtrack identify the usb wifi adapter?????

I also use backtrack 4 beta iso as my guest operating system under VMware and Windows Vista Home Premium as the host operating system when i connect my usb wireless adapter (TP-Link TL-WN721N 150Mbps usb wireless adapter) on the VMware it connects but the Backtrack 4 beta iso does not pick it or recognise it and when I type airmon-ng there is nothing written under interface and the other 2................Please if you know how to just reply me......Thank you.
