  1. My problem is... I know enough to be very worried but not enough to be sure. If that makes any sense šŸ˜‚
  2. As always straight to the point digininjašŸ‘šŸ» Always look forward to seeing your replies. Top bloke.
  3. Good evening i have a little travel router(GL-MT300A). I was wondering if I should trust the custom openwrt firmware or should I reflash it with the openwrt image? Does anyone here use these routers or any experience with them?
  4. Also wrong place to ask the question. Thatā€™s why no one responded
  5. Clearly not read the pinned post at the top of the thread! No WiFi pineapple questions here!?
  6. Iā€™ve just received one of the emails that appear to come from my own account, claiming theyā€™ve hacked my device and installed a RAT. Apparently they have videos of me masterbating and will release them unless I pay $800 in bitcoins ? Do quadcopters count as porn ? Hopefully no one will fall for that crap
  7. Starting to think Iā€™m being shunned ? Ask question but never a response ?
  8. Does anyone know what method the Mavic Pro/Air controller uses to communicate to the attached phone? Obviously I know itā€™s USB but are they using it as a network adapter, usb camera etc...

    DJI flight logs

Anyone been able to decode DJI Mavic air flight logs, exported using Assistant 2? Files compressed with zlib. Decompression shows some plain text, but a lot of random symbols etc
  10. If your not happy with it then just donā€™t buy the items. Arguing about it isnā€™t going to get you anywhere!
  11. Thanks for the response. Have gone the EdgeRouter direction. Will give me nice little project. Havenā€™t configured network gear via CLI for the best part of a decade.

  13. Hi, ive been looking at the unifi security gateway. Looks a good bit of kit and seems to offer quite a bit for your money. I especially like the ability to segment my network, something which my current router doesnā€™t offer with its out the box firmware. have any of you had experience with this hardware? What are your views on this?
  14. Not sure what your on about. i just wanted to write a simulator, so that I can test my scripts without having to keep encoding them to the rubber ducky.
  15. problem with MalDuino is that you donā€™t get any accessories and the elite doesnā€™t fit inside a usb case. Also it doesnā€™t come preprogrammed and there isnā€™t a firmware to allow mass storage.
  16. Thank you for advice. Issue has now been resolved. Turns out my ISP is actively blocking these ports, hence open|filtered result. It totally threw me out when I changed my router and I was getting the same results. Spent all day on it before I found the answer.
  17. Hi Just_a_user, I have upnp turned off on my router, so Iā€™m unsure how they got opened. I knew anything to do with SMB is bad on my WAN side :-) I have a Netgear router and have very little control over open ports:-( have been playing with the idea of installing ddwrt. What are your thoughts on this?
  18. Any suggestions for a hardware firewall?
  19. So recently my home router keeps being port scanned from IPā€™s in China. Today I shields up to check my router and found ports 135,139 and 445 were responding that the ports exist. Can someone more than myself please advise?

  21. Hi Does anyone know of an open source equivalent of Norse Attack maps, to play back captured packets( Pcap)? I know that I can show the location of the captured packets in wireshark, using endpoints and GeoIP. I would like to see them animated like the Norse attack map.
  22. Google search returned this: http://puttingthingswheretheydontbelong.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/turning-kindle-fire-2-into-hacking.html?m=1
  23. He has a few sites which can be found on his Facebook page. Couldnā€™t believe the cheek this guy has.
  24. Are we talking about a Nmap scan? Was hoping to be totally passive in collecting packets. Iā€™ve used zenmap to produce nice graphical topology graphics before and itā€™s a nice little tool.Obviously I wouldnā€™t be able to produce a topology(L2) from a single pcap, but should be able to build a picture for L3.
  25. More along the line of identifying hosts, DNS servers, printers etc.. in a graphical form. List of protocols used on the network. websites browsed too. Packets to be captured on the Packet Squirrel on my test environment.
