This was an issue I had with my Nexus 7 2013 Tablet that everyone told me it was working fine and nothing was wrong after ticking a lot of people off I finally just decided to go out and by a Nexus 6 and haven't had any problems some people had luck getting Tethering to work on their Nexus 7 2103 me no luck sounds like you might be facing a same issue I had to this day I never did figure out a fix other then to buy a Nexus 6.

I did test this out about an hour ago appears to work better then it did before maybe for a few reasons the phone I'm using or maybe because the features in the NANO now are better then they were on the MK5. But as said above I did notice that after entering the user name and password and submitting it redirects back to the sign in again. Also as stated it appears you can bypass this by simply opening a browser on the device and browsing like normal. On the phone I tested was a iPhone 4s once you connect to the fake AP it loads the xfinity page but I'm not 100% sure and haven't tested this with any other device yet to see if it will send you to the login after connecting or not. But I do agree this should only be used for testing and not used for stealing Comcast accounts as that does break US laws. I wanna mention I did have to replace the $authtarget and replace it with the folder of which the login-page-option was in. then I replaced the code in the splash.html with the code in the index.php for the xfinity portal that was made.

Eh I dunno how any of you had any luck setting up a clone xfinity last time I tried setting one up I believe you it wouldn't let you get past the login page also I think that the DNSSpoof wasn't working correctly I'll have try again and see if their has been any changes since the MK5 which was the last time I tried setting one up I wanted to do a video demonstrating how hackers could do something like this so people could be better aware.

Interesting I didn't have much luck finding any 90 degree angle Male USB to Female USB within the first 3 pages possibly due to the fact that I use a Male Micro USB to Male USB cable that chargers my phone so I'll possibly stick to the case I got for now maybe if I decide to waste some money on another case which I don't think I will anytime soon I added that case to my watch list.

I guess a 90 degree USB isn't so bad is that a 90 degree Male USB to Female or what are you running to the battery I assume your using a the female end of the NANO to give power to the battery back.

Aww i'm not to worried about the whole rep abuse thing I just kinda thought it was funny that someone or some people decided to either make a bunch of accounts or just decided after not agreeing with me on something that they would just give thumbs down on half the posts I made. What I'm talking about is you need to route the Male USB cable that you use to charge your phone with to the female end of the NANO so you can tether the internet your phone is connected to so the NANO can share that internet, I'm sure the NANO would fit but fitting and also having the cut out for you to connect the USB cable to the NANO and to your phone is where the question lies, and that's what I was asking I mean this case here.. http://www.ebay.com/itm/141776063630 fits the NANO to however I needed to make a little modding on one side for the one Antenna and I also needed to cut a hole at the bottom of the case notice pictures below...

Does it already have the USB cut out under it or did you have to cut a small hole at the bottom of the case. That case I posted did not fit the NANO it was a bit to short to cover the 90 degree USB Stub that connects to the Male USB on the NANO and the and male end of the USB Stub connects to the female of a battery pack I'll have to check his case out and see I'd like to get one my current is fine but I'd like something like what hak5 sells with their tactical edition it's honestly well worth buying Tactical edition just because of the goodies you get for the price and your only gonna save like maybe $5 more if you get stuff on a sale i guess.

I'm honestly surprised this this keeps going, as long as it has but I rest my case that I'm not a fan of any of these people in the security field like hd moore and Darren and the rest of the hak5 people I'm on here to be your buddy I'm here to find the information I want and some times share to help others I believe in giving people a chance to something others won't even give the time or day to do. Who wants to take bets if I made a name for myself says hak5 would wanna have my on their hak5 show you think they wanna give me the time of day right now to be on it nope what about others who might have something to share where is their shot? They don't get it unless it's gonna benefit the other my point is I allow people the chance to share their idea and passion I do and i'm not doing it to gain fame i'm just providing the audience.

Yes, and I keep it to myself not like I have to prove anything to any of you, I prefer to play the idiot because it's fun to watch people who think they know stuff run their mouth. My mission is to play stupid while everyone around me acts like they are something special and if that ticks people off then not my problem. Just got these in the mail today to be honest they're the size of a nickel I believe and they appear to work just fine with my Ralink RT5370 no issues connected it to my phone turned monitor mode on loaded wifite picks up networks.

Pretty neat my only problem with wifite is that most of the time it's been a hit and miss. for example their have been times where its failed to capture a handshake and I have manually ran the airodump-ng and replay-ng and gotten the handshake with no problems also wifite doesn't really work to well with the pixiewps attack it's been hit and misses with that personally I've had better luck with https://github.com/aanarchyy/bully when it comes to wps attacks it will either work or not find the pin and that happens normally within the first 45 seconds of running the tool.

My final comment is it's amazing how Metasploit is Open Source yet they charge you over $1,200 for the pro version to get access to the really good stuff.

Not valid how much luck have you had working with old HD Moore buddy? None right? mmmhmmm Maybe he will give you a time of day if you can make a name for yourself because most of the people who have real talent will never be given a chance. I think your missing the point which is pretty typical when it comes to me trying to inform people you realize the reason I started my website was to give other people a chance to share their "ideals" with people so everyone can see their work. I believe everyone should be given a chance to show what they can do which is the reason I started up my free computer security training website to find people who share the same passion I do and who wanna share information that most places wanna charge people money to learn. I can tell you right now that I've been contacted by many places offering to pay me $1,500 to do videos for their websites, just to name a website packtpub.com contacted me this month asking me if I would make them a series on wireshark and offered me $1,500 upon completion and even offered to pay me to do other videos. that's just proof their that the site I started is already trying to almost get bought out I mean I'm not bragging but I'm all for giving people a chance while I'm honest not interested in working with packtpub.com that's not to say one of the people who does videos for freecst might not be passed down to them and someone who started out making free videos for my site starts getting connections to making $1,500 at their own pace if not more. Simply put you possibly would've had a better chance sharing your ideal with someone who would've respected your work which HD Moore obviously didn't because he didn't give you the time or day to work with you on adding your project into his framework.

Why would you wanna work for a guy who looks good in a suit? Don't you know most hackers who become a sell out to corp and government end up losing their touch? Makes me laugh because all these college kids who are studying in computer security are basically being teach to look good in a suit and talk like a business man that's not how real hackers work. Real hackers that I know want nothing to do with being in a corporate or government field that's when you become a sell out. The hackers that end up selling out our the ones that end up thinking they're better then everyone else while better hackers pass them up. HD Moore isn't as good as people think he is in my view he's another Kevin Mitnick a guy who became a business man who looks good in a suit.

Sad but true, the case I think needs to be at least 7-8 inches from top to bottom to fit the NANO and a 90 degree angle stub otherwise if it has a flap it possibly isn't gonna close over the 90 degree stub my fault for not at least measuring with the 90 degree angle stub to the bottom of the NANO so I was off by about 2 inches since the case is only 12cm from top to bottom.

Update to this thread this case is short by 2 inches for me sadly with my 90 degree angle USB connected the case lid won't close :B

I've been looking at a project called Fluxion that basically setups a fake clone AP of the target network and also captures the WPA Handshake so that when someone connects to the AP when they get sent to the fake page they will be asked to enter their wifi password and it checks to make sure it matches the password inside the cap which you capture durning the setup.

Yeah you and I both I normally try to avoid bashing the module makers because it could be possible that i'm using their modules wrong but I never really had any luck with websites using https and even if you did it would be short lived because in a matter of 24 hours their would be a patch which is good but at the same time it's kinda not fun anymore double edge sword on one hand I wouldn't want people using this against me but on the other hand I like being able to use it. The last thing I heard that was supposed to defeat https and HSTS was SSLStrip2 and DNS2Proxy which I'm sure is patched, websites like Gmail and Facebook and Twitter normally say something about unable to connect or throw an error.

I'm not 100% sure on the Deauth module I personally haven't tested it much to know how powerful it is at deauthing clients however PineAP features do work good I normally enable all of them in PineAP and it's pretty much a waiting game for devices to pop up now personally I don't own a Tera so their might something a lot different from the NANO.
