i think ps3server streams to vlc so im happy :) (not tried it yet just googled it lol) i just setup a freenas server too :) ... waiting for some bigger hdd's to setup a raid array

no i didnt dude but i HATE WMP bloated piece of codecless $%&£ ps3server is free, opensource & very configurable :D win! i used to rotate my bgs but uninstalled it to keep things tidy ... powertoy? +good to see chrome on your screen ;) im hooked the sync is too handy not to use :)

+1 agreed but tbh if your at work your there to work and i think .... internet access should be allowed on 2/3 communal pcs rather than every pc apart from email << this would increase productivity 10x unless you were a web developer

dude those words dont fit together in the same sentance best value laptop i think u mean .... if you buy the cheapest it'll probably be obsolete within 12 months is there any specific reason u want a gaming laptop ?

its sooo frustrating having to switch between pcs / os's all the time lol i wish valve would hurry up with steam and porting some games i have UT3 for linux but thats about the only decent game ... need tf2 or cod before i switch and the other thing is linux is more than capable of running them !! (wonder if publishers get $$$ for keeping them ms)

how compatible are the major packages with virtual box ? i've only every toyed with virtual box on old computers ... but i understand its quite possible to run apps like photoshop and flstudio but what about games ? can i run these through a virtual box or will they lag like crazy / be unplayable or just simply not work ? i'd love to make a full switch over to linux but i can't go without my games ... or should i just have one windows install and on ubuntu install on seperate partitions / disks ??? advice please

just bought a new 750gb and 500gb drive £35 and £27 + 2gb of ddr2 for some old pcs i have (£10) + 256mb nvidia agp 6800 (£25) (a little expensive but i needed one) ... and is a great card what have you lot bought ?

i just hate adverts ... if they keep hak5 on air then they're all good ... love the projects i can do at home :D (and the lame cabinet should get revisited and installed in a glass coffee table ;)) and tbh. any education is good education compared to the drizzle they put on TV i think alot of the time most of the people dont appreciate how much effort you guys put into making the shows ... it must take up a lot of your time keep up the good work dude and dudette ... we do appreciate your work and just like you say 'you cant please everyone all the time' .... but you guys do 99.9% of the time IM SO GUTTED I MISSED THE HAKATHON !!! grr lol
