Hey Guys, Anyone got any ideas for a good web host? I'm currently with GoDaddy and hate them. Domain.com looks good, but they're expensive. HostGator is what I am looking at right now, but then I read their TOS. - Not Allowed. I called up their Support line to get some info, and they just gave me their scripted line of "blah blah blah, no illegal content", so I asked them if I gave a tutorial on how to jailbreak an iPhone or root a Droid, would that violate TOS, and they said yes. I would be going with HostGator because they have unlimited disk space and unlimted bandwidth, but their TOS is restrictive. Anyone know any good Web Hosts that have a decent price for unlimited data and bandwidth and a less restrictive TOS?

I've got a Mac and a Dell Mini 9 hack, and I have to say, it runs pretty good, despite being an Atom Processor and 1GB Memory. Right now, its running 10.6 and running good. Did the install with the latest version of NetbookInstaller. The Mini 9 is going back to linux though, to free up some disc space, and because Linux handles movies better then OS X (mkv's stutter on OS X, dont in linux)

Pretty much anything Asus will do, along with OCZ's DIY kits, those were good last time I checked, plus they arent factory loaded with crap. The m11x when it comes out will be good for a gaming netbook, but thats its only real purpose... I would try to steer clear of Dell, unless you get a business line model; for whatever reason they are better built and have way better tech support. HP's alright, I'd go for ASUS and DIY OCZ first.

Yeah, this would be wire fraud, highly illegal, but if you must... I've never used dsl, but from what I understand, dont most of the newer modem/router boxes (2wire) do phone line auth? I know with Boradband, you can just use their line and have no issues really, but dsl is a different story. You might need their phone line, and if your ISP doesnt do phone line auth, then you should be able to just use their log in info and clone their MAC.

that looks promising... I wonder if it supports flash (their page shows it with YouTube and a flash Video on the New York Times)
