Where did you get the usb connectors.. ive looked all over google but i just dont know what they are called. EDIT: Actually I found it online :D I ordered the rest of the stuff too so we will see :D

Its a good idea sometimes if you know the exact port of the AP you want to crack.. and every now-and-then when im trying to catch packets on a specific AP my ALFA likes to jump channels and doesnt like to stay on the one the AP is using.. very annoying :P

Well I ordered an n810 and it came in yesterday when i left for oklahoma city so i wont be able to do any serious testing on it till Tusday.. but ive read that injecting on it isnt possible.. but ive read it could so idk. There is another topic on this forum talkin about the n810 and i posted on it about a week or so ago but no one responded. If anyone finds a handheld (something like n810.. you know.. not a laptop :P) that can inject PLEASE post on this topic.. i have a 14 day return on my n810 :D

Easiest way is to crack the AP encryption then run a MITM attack as lopez suggested.. much easier and it gives more desired results. I did a similar attack on the computer lab in my student apartment last year and ended up getting someones email pw and they just so happen to have a FB account so I waited till they logged out then did a lost/stollen pw and after changing it I deleted the email from the account.

For sure.. I wish i was taking my laptop with me for my vaca so I can look some of this stuff up.. but Im 6 days with out any technology :/

Is there anyway to repackage your Linux install to a bootable install cd? Ive done a little google searching but didnt really find anything substantial.
