  1. https://forums.hak5.org/forum/92-bash-bunny/ Best bet to check the actual section for it to see if there is any help or comments.
  2. https://forums.hak5.org/forum/56-usb-rubber-ducky/ Whole section with all the usual fixes and FAQs.
  3. There is a whole topic about where to start learning. https://forums.hak5.org/topic/913-hacking-where-to-begin/
  4. Wrong place. https://forums.hak5.org/forum/57-trading-post/
  5. There are some great books out there, some that cover the social side of it, some the more technical side. I rather like one called Penetration Testing by Georgia Weidman. I was recommended it by Shannon and it's a great read.
  6. You can do nothing if you don't want to risk prosecution for illegally accessing a server. Also if you need to ask what you could do, that demonstrates you really should not be doing ANYTHING. Remember unless you are being paid to run a penetration test, and have explicit written permission, you shouldn't be trying to mess with other people's machines. And since you clearly say you "found" it, I don't think you have permission. Don't do anything.
  7. I'd suggest a few different books then. The Art of Deception is a good place to start.

  9. So you want to discuss how to commit fraud?
  10. You didn't need to make a new topic really. You could have asked this in your previous one. But let's get down to brass tacks shall we? Step One: Learn how to search on forums and the internet. I don't say that to be cruel, but to be honest. There is a topic answering this EXACT question already on these forums. That will guide you the majority of the way on all your questions. Step Two: Learn how your own computer works, and your own network. Step Three: What do you WANT to learn. What is your end goal. Once you can answer Step Three, you will we well on your way.
  11. The Pineapple Nano is a great tool to learn with, but there is somewhat of a learning curve. I certainly recommend that if you go and order one, you read up on how wireless pen testing works while waiting for it to arrive. And also read the Wifi Pineapple Nano section of the forums, it's a wealth of information.
  12. I'd actually start with what do you want to do? Then we can recommend which hardware would be the most useful. The Wifi Pineapple is not just a powerful antennae. It's a fully penetration testing tool, for both information gathering and MITM style attacks.
  13. 1) This is not the place to ask that. This is for people trading with each other. 2) https://hakshop.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  14. Well, to put it simply, you have to learn how your own computer works, then how a network works, then how a wireless network works, and go from there. There is a topic about learning how to hack if that helps?
  15. That's not a problem with the firewall. That's the firewall doing it's job.
  16. Please do not post the same question in multiple places. Also, there is nothing stopping it working in a VM if it is configured properly, and that of course depends on the wifi chipset on the machine in question. Your best bet is to actually check out the Kali Linux book that they have for free as a PDF, it gives a great many tips and hints.

  20. https://forums.hak5.org/forum/56-usb-rubber-ducky/ Best place for all to do with the Ducky.
  21. Hi there, welcome to the forums. First thing, learn to use the search functions available online. I don't say that to be cruel, I say it because learning how to find information out is INVALUABLE. Now why do I say that firstly? Because using the search function would have brought you to a full topic already loaded to bear with EVERYTHING to get you started: So, I hope that gives you some ideas, and also, spending some money on books is never a bad idea. There's a great one on Penetration Testing called just that. "Penetration Testing, A hands-on introduction to hacking" by Georgia Wiedman published by No Starch Press. A great read.
