Sorry about your experience, I just signed up to see how the support was and I have to say this is not a good first impression. Keep us updated on ow it goes, and what you do to get noticed. I hope it has no relevance with this public outcry.

I need to set up my site where when you click on a menu, it brings up another set of menus for that section. Like a site within a site. For example, click on a department and it has its own set of links to the articles that relate to that department. Can this be done?

I created a couple of shares w/o restrictions and enabled CIFS, HTTP/S and FTP/S. On the Standard Files Protocol menu I have turned on FTP access, Port 21, User Authentication. I can get to the shares via CIFS, also via HTTP, but cannot get to the shares via FTP. Both the ReadyNAS and the desktop are on the same LAN. Any Ideas? Thanks
