no and yes noob is mostly an insult and newbie is someone new at some thing but you also call some one new at some thing a noob so its hard to tell if some ones insulting you or just saying you need to practice... so thats why they mostly split to 2 words

Some noobs deserved to be bashed exsample me. I broke 6 form rules in one thread (3,5,7,8,9,12) and face it some on has to bash noobs for completely stupid things but dont bash them for asking a question that has atleast a point of relivence and by the way google is a search engine it takes the words you put in and finds pages with those words so if i type hacking 200,000 on a page and you search hacking it'll come up and put you futher from a useful page
