  1. Now that make sense your just using the functionality of karma not karma as a whole. so setting up nocat isn't going to have an effect on the clients associating, once their connected to the SSID of there choice thats when openwrt takes over and issues them a IP (dhcpd) and accepts there dns requests. So if I set up openwrt as a captive portal it won't have any affect on the clients connecting to jasager. I'm gonna give this a try and I'll try to do a write up for all those interested. If they don't mind my spelling. Thanks digininja
  2. I know theres a way to do this with karma because I've done it with the regular karma package on my eeepc. But as far as I can tell I can't use the karma xml config I've setup for the standard karma package on the jasager. When I checked the karma directory its seems to be missing the main karma package and the etc sirectory doesn't have any of the xml scripts. I'm definatly not a expert by any means but I know there got to be an easier way to do this with the karrma package on the fon and not having to setup a captive portal in openwrt like with wifidog or nocat. Any ideas how to display a page automatically to all that assosiate with the fon it doesn't need to have any authentication i just want to display a message to my employees to use our WPA protected AP and not any one with the best signal. I've searched these forums and nobody has a answer other than setting up wifidog or nocat on the openwrt but will that interfere with jasager. I just don''t think one off those hotspot packages is nesisarry when the karma script had this functionality before. Thank you in advanced, John legacygt05@gmail.com
