Yes, it appears to be quite an odd problem. I have tried all the methods I know of. Powering from a wall to usb on a Windows 7, 8 & 10 machine, tried accessing through multiple android devices, etc. I'm not too sure what the issue seems to be.

Yes, that was one of the first things I tried. I can't get my machine to even recognise it anymore.

Hey, So I was just wondering if anyone could possibly help me out. I ordered Pineapple Tetra less then 2 weeks ago. I activated it, was testing out some of the modules, etc. Everything was all good in well. I had powered it on multiple times before I started having any issues. For some reason now however, when I power it on, it stays at a solid yellow light, with the red and blue light "slightly" illuminated, and will not fully boot. I have tried reading tutorials on this forum, but have yet to have any success. I opened a ticket with Hakshop 10 days ago, but have yet to receive a reply or Any help! I'm a newly Certified IT Professional, and going into an internship on Monday. I was kind of relying on this to help me within it. I suppose my main goal now is to have it replaced, accepting the loss of time I'll be able to use it within my internship. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be Greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
