I'm looking at getting into airsoft... I love the tactial side of play... and a little bit of SAR

Nah I'm all rec-ball woods ball. I just picked up an Ion so i could play with it twice before my schedule screwed me over and now I havn't played in a long time. I'm making plans to get out about mid next month so we'll see how that goes... So no tourneys for me I'm not good enough nor have the time.

I had the same one is it was doing the same think for like 2 weeks I had enough and was going to go get a new router but but then it just stoped..... just stoped.. and now it's working fine.. (have have dhcp lease set to one hour now and that may have fixed it but really I have no idea if it was anything I did) If money is tight and a new router is not in the budget give it a week or two the problem may fix itself... or it may not and you may need to get a new one if you can't live with the disconnects.

I like this idea by far, early adopters and people on there second table should't be too much to worry about as far as ftp goes

There's only 2 things i know about plexi glass 1) Drill VERY slowly ie > 30 secs per hole and 2) no counter sunk screws other then that you're on your own

Backtrack is built on Slax if i'm not mistaken http://www.slax.org I think and it's made to run from the CD so i'm not sure if you'll want (or be able to) install it to the harddrive

That whole thing requires the player to be complient.... another reason to have a region free player.. but i guess now it's region/rfid free

It's not even that I have NO problem with Microsoft DRMing there player up.. and little to no problem with them DRMing their music.. but adding DRM to everything to touch the player is just not cool and it's going to be M$ doing this because it's going to be DRM'd from the software side of things. And as M$ always says "we are not a hardware company".... damn and i really wanted a zune...

I can totaly see DRMing the music when you're only renting it you know the plans where you gcna get as much as you want as long as you pay the monthly subcription fee but adding DRM to tracks you own is not needed and adding DRM to everything JUST FUCKED UP UNNEEDED AND WORNG and what about the CC now Microsoft is in violation of the DMCA how much time in jail will they be doing?

Oh my god this is so not cool!! I was totaly going to get a Zune but FUCK THAT SHIT i'm a huge supporter of CC and if this is proven to be true (at date of release) there's not way in hell i will ever touch a Zune THAT IS SO NOT COOL.... soo much microsoft trying not to be evil! :x :(

So just becasue you don't like the way Microsoft runs the biz part of the company, you're going to shove linux down someone's neck?! I'm on Vista/XP now and I use it because it WORKS BETTER then linux for what I need it for, and my server windows too becasue it's better for what I need in a server.. I also have a linux box running right now and it's generating the rainbow tables.. but that's beside the point If I had to start with linux when i first got interested in computers I'd have given up along time ago... Linux is not easy for new people(wasen't when I started) Windows is.

One of my friends is hosting forums at Dreamhost and he has had nothing but good things to say about them and I've never used them but have only heard good things.... if you do use dreamhost make sure you give credit to hak5 so they get points for the referral.

Go back and read them all Max's last post spells it out in detail how to make it work, the only thing is the batch script, and if you think about what it is telling the computer to do it will make sence.

He dosn't really he's just expermenting... Now I was trying to do the same thing.. not to start anything up with the computer just for fun... but it didn't work how would I make it work?

I'm with you.... and a way to switch it from passive to active and then back would really be helpful (sadly I know just about nothing about this but I'd love to help so if you can recomend some reading to bring my 1337 skillz up to where they need to be, that would be great meanwile off to google) ... murphy was totaly an optimist

I think we are going to need two diffrent payloads, one stealth and one pwner.. If you have someone who is tight into securty and they see a account created, or a somthing droped on their computer you're boned because now their pissed and looking for you. But if you only take stuff off the computer there should be really no way to tell...
