I have done all of the above and the dam thing still gets duplicate emails omg this is doing my head in GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Ok if i delete the mail, new mail that comes in also then starts to duplicate, i just cant find a fix on the net to resolve the problem

thats not true the duplicate emails shows on both on exchange and on the blackberry

There are no rules in the accounts, i should say that this happening with all the account with a blackberry fone only

Well the first email in the log is from the emailer and the duplicate emails seems to coming from the server itself mmmmm

Hiya Everyone i have a major problem that i cant seem to fix, right lets start 1 of my clients has a blackberry that is connected to the exchange server via IMAP which is in turn is configured on the Mobile fone network (T-Mobile UK) because there is no blackberry server on exchange (cost permitting) and all of a sudden duplicate emails is coming in in the inbox both on the exchange and on the blackberry i have had a look all over the net to no avail grrrrrrrrr is there anyone out there that has manage to fix this problem.

I suppose a good idea is to use the reset button on the bottom of the fon, so that it set everything goes back to when we first reflashed the fon, that i suppose will help people when they enter the wrong settings and cant get back in Just an Idea

I should of said the jasager was all working untill i went into the fon to change sum settings for sidejacking

after sucessfully reflashing the fon to jasager v2 i decided to do sum sidejacking all is well, so i wanted to view the jasager web interface and nothing is showing up i not sure what ip i set in it and the DCHP is switch off is there a master switch to reset the fon back to the jasager defaults Plz help Gehric B

I couldn't get the Ap51 EasyFlash GUI utility to start it says that the "PacketGetReadEvent could not not be located in dynamic link library packet dll" i have installed wireshark as said in amother post but i still have no luck can anyone help......
