Here's the output that I get from ChipGenius for my Cisco-branded USB device: Device Name: ++[E:][G:]+USB Mass Storage Device(2.0 USB Device)(2.0 USB Device) PnP Device ID: VID = 0000 PID = 0000 Serial Number: 086313365465 Revision: 2.00/2.00 Device Type: Standard USB device - USB2.0 High-Speed Chip Vendor: (No match record) Chip Part-Number: (No match record) Product Vendor: 2.0 Product Model: Tools on Web: (N/A)
  2. The USB drive that I'm trying to format is branded only as CISCO and when I use the USBDeview tool, it says that the VID and PID are both 0000 and the description is just "2.0 USB Device". Any ideas?
