  1. public PM's are disabled! AARGH! lol

  2. Well I found a great alternative! http://apcmag.com/images/apc/productreview...0Router_003.jpg the only problem is...I can't find a place to buy one. I'm still looking around, I'm gonna call a few places and I'll let you guys know if I find anything.
  3. Has anyone tried to get Auto AP working with Jasager? I know Digininja is working with Orange ( creator of Piranha ) who wrote an AAP script. That would be pretty awesome if we could auto ap working to get a standalone Jasager.
  4. I'm having the same issue with Windows 7, I can't seem to find any solution. Which doesn't really bother me because I never take my laptop to the coffee shop with me. I always take my netbook which runs XP and Backtrack. So I'd say find a computer that has XP or use Backtrack or another Live Distro. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
  5. Okay so I think I'm having a problem with my fon. I'll plug it in and hook it up to an internet source, and wait for the OpenWRT SSID to come up. Well I'll connect to the SSID OpenWRT but after about 3 minutes, the SSID disappears...should I reflash with the latest firmware? Or do I not even have a problem? Any help would be appreciated.
  6. Well FON is coming out with a new mini router in a few months but they won't give me any details whether it will have 2 ports, or an Atheros chipset. So until then it looks like we're shit outta luck for a Fon+ replacement :(
  7. The Alfa AP51 would be a great replacement for the fon+, but I can't find one. I've been looking at getting one ever since they stopped selling the fon+ in the US.
  8. Beakmyn thanks but I already own an OpenMesh, a fon 2100, and I know about the Accton MR3202A thats the one I've been looking for. Also the Alfa AP51 has two ports, its just not written very clearly. Features: Complies with IEEE 802.11b/g standard for 2.4GHz Wireless LAN. Support 64-bit and 128-bit WEP, WPA, WPA2, encryption/decryption and WPA with Radius. Support 2 SSIDs Support Wirleess WAN for client mode to connect to the Base-Station and NAT for Ethernet to Computer or Switch Support Signal wired WAN port Router Support UPnP for automatic Internet access and Dynamic DNS service. Supports firmware upgrade function via Web
  9. Well I still can't find the SMC WBR11-G anywhere in the US but I did find another router that is made by Accton called the Alfa AP51. I think this might be a suitable replacement for the fon+ but I'm not honestly sure. I'm going to be contacting Accton and Alfa a little later on tonight. Everybody keep your fingers crossed. http://www.alfa.com.tw/in/front/bin/ptdeta...Category=105479
  10. I've found a replacement for the fon+! I did some looking around on Acctons site and found the MR3202A and I contacted them about it. The SMCWBR11-G is the same router as the MR3202A, the only problem I've found is purchasing one. I can't seem to find one in the US or on a store that will ship to the US. I'll post back if I find something.
  11. Wow this is really great! Has anyone found a replacement for the fon+? I can't seem to find one and I really want an interceptor.
  12. I've put my fon in a external harddrive enclosure I had laying around. Fits Great. The only problem I've run into is people asking me why there's an antenna sticking out of my harddrive.
  13. I like too use irssi for IRC, and I used twitters API and wrote a bash script to update my twitter status when I type... "twitter [ status goes here ]". You have too install nmap just for good measure, I can't really think of anything else. Oh try Ettercap and see if it works, you can have some fun with filters.
  14. I'm thinking about making a new casing for the Z2. I want more of a Blackberry feel, I don't really care for the flip open screen. I'd like to make it as compact as possible while still maintaining all of the same internal hardware. If I did do this and posted the results would anyone be interested in buying a case?
  15. Earlier in this forum he said that he was new (he said noob) to hak5.
