This is what you should see when using the BB in arming mode.  You will not see the "root" partition unless you SSH into the device (Or use something like SAMBA to share it with host)

Here are the partitions that are on the BB:  https://wiki.bashbunny.com/#!./././index.md#Technical_Details

this is the root of the bashbunny and this is where the firmware update goes.  copy over the firmware file and eject the bunny, then plug it back in.  You will either get a flashing red light or flashing red and blue.  DO NOT UNPLUG when these lights are flashing, once its done it will show up as BashBunny again just like the picture above.

I think Darren/Sebkinne made it a bit confusing when they said 'Copy to root of Bash Bunny', as there are two different roots and 99% of people think of the actual Linux root.

COPY IT TO THE ROOT OF THE USB STORAGE.

We say "Copy it to the root of your mass storage partition" usually. If there is still a reference to just "root of bash bunny", please let me know and I'll update the documentation.

He said he was looking for the partitions so he could copy it to the root one. Uses the same words you did but was a bit confused at what you meant...and this isn't the first time it's happened. (Forgive me if I seem rude here at all - I don't mean to be)

Maybe it should be reworded?
