I would like to set the priority of Tetra to highest level so that victim device is more likely to connect to pineapple. Is there any interface provided ?

QOS only effects/prioritises traffic once connected to a network. QOS isnt used in the connection process itself.

What is it you are trying to achieve?

I would like to deauth a good wifi which is mobile device already connected to. Then I would like mobile device to automatically connect to Pineapple SSID. So if we can increase the priority of pineapple n/w, then android device would prefer the pineapple SSID from the list of available n/w. Overall my goal is to increase the probability of mobile device connecting to pineapple SSID automatically after deauth.

Is the "good" wifi WPA/WPA2 encrypted? or an open WIFI network?

If WPA/WPA2 you might have a chance if you already know the network password and run an EvilTwin style attack. Positioning the pineapple between client and AP should increase chances or use directional antenna to increase signal strength to client.

If its an open network you could position the pineapple between the AP and client while deauthing the AP to maximise your chances or try using directional antenna to make the pineapple signal stronger than the AP to the client.
