Raspberry Pi OpenVPN Server and WiFi Access Point

So the latest YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04EmeXSZo_0&t=1156s) on easily setting up OpenVPN on a Raspberry Pi using the StarshipEngineer script is super useful. But I'm wondering if the Raspberry Pi can also be turned into a WiFi Access Point (assuming onboard wifi available, or appropriate wifi dongle connected), thus allowing any devices to connect to the RPi AP and automatically be routed through the VPN for encrypted onward connection to the ISP and public internet. Is this even possible?

I don't see why it wouldn't.  https://cdn-learn.adafruit.com/downloads/pdf/setting-up-a-raspberry-pi-as-a-wifi-access-point.pdf  This tutorial will show you how to set it up an AP.  I currently use this setup as a wifi bridge to another room with a poor connection and it works fine.  Im using an alfa AWUS051nhV2 for internet connection to my 5ghz signal on my router and dish it back out with a TP-link w722n 2.4ghz wifi dongle.  Or you could just use the RJ-45 for Internet connection but I dont have a cable that will reach otherwise I would just hard wire it.  Im using this setup on a RPi3, also used it on a RPiZero for a little bit.
