Provided there are no issues with the order (such as it being flagged as fraud, or an address change being requested), and the item is in stock, it will usually ship within three days. Check out the hakshop page for the duck, it has a notice on the page. Saying that, I think all previous orders (before the notice went up) did get shipped as of today.
