ISP options for residential homes in the Bay Area

Assuming San Francisco, I live in NJ, so we only have like 3 options, Comcast, Fios and Dish network, with a few small DSL in certain city areas which I think is also verizon based.

Try Yelp though, might find more options near you:

I'm using Astound Wave Broadband and I'm generally happy. Much less expensive than Comcast in the long run. Comcast may have promos that save you some money up front, but I'm paying $55 for a 110/10 connection at home. Speed is consistent as well.
