  1. I've received a defective Pineapple Juice 4000 battery with a recent order. Contacted the hak5 shop, but have not gotten any response yet. I am wondering if I am doing it right. I've filled out the contact form at the shop website and sent an e-mail to support@hak5.org. The battery is not charging, swelling up and getting very hot with charging. Should I contact the shop in a different way?

    Hi, After reading some of the post on here concerning the shipping of kit from the US store, I thought I would post to say thanks. I ordered a few bits of kit to be shipped to the UK on Friday. My order was acknowledged very quickly, followed by a shipping notification on the same day. My kit turned up this morning a full day early! So thanks to everyone that works in the shop, you do a sterling job. Simon
  3. Hello, I tried to place a order at the hak5 shop using PayPal. It always fails to complete the order with that message: Hak5 team can you please look into it and fix that?
  4. Hey, About a month ago, I bought the following package: * SALE! WiFi Pineapple Mark V Tactical Bundle 6800 mAh - WiFi Pineapple Mark V Tactical Bundle 6800 The shipping was cross-Atlantic and sent to Europe. Unfortunately, I had not anticipated an import fee and accidentally refused the package on request, after which the tracking page quickly showed a "Exception: Package denied upon request" status. I would like to once again receive my package. I called UPS first and was told my package is not eligible to be received again. According to UPS, the package's fate is under sole discretion of the sender (Hak5) and not the receiver. I was told I should contact Hak5 to attempt to obtain my package again. Then, I sent two emails to (shop@hak5.org) addressing the situation. These were both received (I received a notification) but either ignored or forgotten. Neither of the emails I sent were replied to. Thus, I am now resorting to my last method of communication: the forums. Is there any way I could receive my package again? I'll provide the tracking number on request through a PM. Thanks Bux
  5. Hey guys new to forum, but of course long time fan of the show. So I'm taking an undergrad in comp. sci. and have been wanting to start some projects. Anyways I wanted to create a shopping bot, that would automate my online shopping. So let's so for the site amazon.com I wanted a book I could somehow give my bot an input to the book and it would buy it for me having already stored my payment information. Obviously this isn't the greatest idea in terms of security, but hey just wanted to start a project that could give input to websites instead of messing around on my local machine. So do you guys have any idea on what I should start reading or maybe some resources I should start looking at? Any help would be awesome.

  7. Hello, Has anybody experienced issues with the hak5 shop lately ? I tried using two different credit cards to make a purchase but it gives me "Error from gateway, Your card was decline" The funny thing is it doesn't even show up with the bank that the payment attempt was ever made. I tried contacting support but they couldnt help me much. It seems like its an issue with the hak5 payment gateway. :(
