  1. I looked for threads on here for help reducing or semi-eliminating my digital footprint - to no avail. So i am posting this to ask how to reduce my digital footprint when i have many different accounts over the years, remembered and forgotten. I know i need to go back and try and individually remove them but i wanted to know if there was an easier way to do this. is there? or how do you 'measure' your digital footprint to know how public or private you are to the internet? if anyone can give me some tips or advice outside of 'go back and individually delete everything' - it would be very helpful. And perhaps it would help others with this also.
  2. As the title says I'm tinkering with Mac Addresses. I'm writing a simple python script that just takes in a Mac Address as a string and tries to figure out as much information about the device given nothing but that address (not even network access). However, I'm not sure what all that Mac can tell me or how to determine it. I know Mac Addresses can be spoofed. I know that the first 3 octets usually represent the OUI (Organizational Unique Identifier) but beyond that what can a Mac Address tell me? What other useful information can I extract? (any details or resources about how would be nice too) Thanks in advance.
  3. So I was on youtube and found an interesting video regarding stealing data from another computer using Rubber Ducky. Basically the guy said U can straight up plug it in another PC and get the data from that computer sent to your machine OTA. From what I understood the data that's supposed to be acquired isn't stored on the drive, but directly being sent to you(maybe by using the victim's network). My question is - Can this actually be done and, if yes then how exactly?
  4. I've read most of the forum posts about the various ways to setup and configure a Captive Portal on the Mark IV... I'm purchasing an Elite WiFi Pineapple Mark IV Kit in a few weeks and I'd like to setup some sort of system, so when people join my Pineapple they're greeted by a nice Local Web Page explaining some details about the free hotspot project going on around the state blah blah blah. It's not for phishing or hiding scripts etc... but more for giving the information that I want to get out there. I would like for users to have the option of completely ignoring the page if they want, or reading it. There will be no authentication or any restrictions on data and available websites etc... It would be great if my created page could be the first thing people see when they open their browser or try to load Google for example, but have the ability to read(not read) and move on. Does anyone know what's going on with the Captive Portal Module, or better yet; does anyone know how I could easily go about setting this up? As always any help is greately appreciated. P.S. Oh and I'm going to say I'm praying for all you Americans out there. Terrorists suck!
