1. I bought the USB Rubber Ducky, and it appears that I cannot get it to go into DFU mode. After taking the Micro SD card out, I hold the black button and stick it into my PC, but all I see is a solid red LED on the Ducky. I'm trying to get it to go into DFU mode so I can get Twin Ducks but the DFU mode isn't working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
2. I just got the usb rubber ducky in the mail and trying to flash twinduck, but cant get the usb rubber ducky in dfu mode ive tried everything, holding it before putting it in the laptop nothing is working, and seems like this forum is the only place to get support for this, unless someone knows how to get ahold of the people who makes it
3. Recently got my usb rubber ducky in the mail and it's been working great so far, except it doesn't seem to want to enter DFU mode. Unlike other people on the forum, the replay button works just fine, I've tested it multiple times. I've followed every tutorial I could find and none seem to work, I've tried it in every usb port on my machine, with and without the microsd, but even though i start holding the button down well before i plug it in, and keep it held for a while after, the ducky executes the current payload as though i wasn't, and doesn't show up in the device manager at all (win10 64x). I'm loving it so far with the base firmware but i feel like I'm missing out on a big part of the fun if i can't flash it, any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

5. On 9/14/2016 I sent email to exchanges@hak5.org, with problem description and copy of receipt/packing slip. I'm not sure what is the proper current procedure for returning defective unit, so I am also notifying you directly. I think this is a very innovative product with the potential for a lot of uses, but I cannot use the current unit due to being unable to put it into DFU mode. As I stated in my email, I am well aware of the correct method of putting this unit into DFU mode and have tried all practical methods and suggestions listed on this forum site, none of them are useful if I cannot first put unit into DFU mode. I am requesting a replacement usb rubber ducky.
6. When I am trying to program my Rubber Ducky I get this message. "There was an error flashing, make sure your Ducky is in DFU mode. Can someone make a video of this? Also a video on setting up a Rubber Ducky. When I tried to plug in my USB to my computer I do not see anything, but a sign saying "Hello World" in .txt. By the way this is my first time in this forum. Thank You, To whomever can help me
7. Ok so let me preface this with an apology in case my google fu has failed me. I've had a ducky for about a week now and have to be able to flash new firmware to it. I know you have to push the button during insertion to enter dfu mode. I have tried on a mac, windows 10 VM, and a kali box and have to get it. Nothing even seems to see it... Is there a way to verify dfu mode? Im hoping its not a faulty pin. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
8. First of all I'm working with a backtrack 5 VM through parallels. Been working on this for 14 hours straight, so I'm desperate. I built my own ubertooth, checks out fine. flashed the bootloader onto it just fine too. Now i'm working on flashing the bluetooth_rxtx.bin file onto it using ubertooth_dfu but I keep getting the following error: No module named core Traceback (most recent call last): File "ubertooth-dfu", line 318, in <module> print dfu.get_status( ) NameError: name 'dfu' is not defined.
The command I use:
python ubertooth-dfu write bluetooth_rxtx.dfu
bluetooth_rxtx.dfu is in the same folder as ubertooth-dfu. I've also tried flashing .bin, .hex, and all the rest of the stuff I can find. I have the device in DFU mode with the only method I can, bridging pins 1 and 3 with a paper clip. Seems to work just fine as everything lights up to show DFU mode. If anyone has the SLIGHTEST idea how I might could fix this, I'd be ever so thankful. And to the person who helps most/gives me a fix is of course the $20 bounty, if allowed on the forums. I've tried everything i can on both mac and backtrack 5 linux, seems like I've got everything but one small detail. Thanks in advance for any and all replies! -alphax
