  1. Below is info from card mounted onto laptop through USB cable attached to phone (card is in phone). These cards used to be a single FAT16 partition, but now have the CDFS partition and a self-installing boot system, so when they are connected to a PC, the CD partition self-starts and installs a driver. Problem is before the last update, car radios that have a USB cable connection could read the card from the phone and play music since they could see the full card's data partition. Now, the car radios don't see the FAT16 partition anymore since they default to the first partition - in this case it's the CDFS partition. I can either go through the phone's USB connection to fix this, or I have a MicroSD card reader that works fine in my laptop's USB port. Can anyone help. Below is the info from ChipGenius. Thanks. 3. OK, took a look at the jar log, and discovered the error I am getting. It reads "unable to rip MP3 unable to find file make sure you have Pandora running in a FIREFOX browser". Of course, I am running FireFox, version 2.0.0.6. Does anyone have a clue as to why it is failing now? Thanks. P.S. Spamking1, I tried your solution but the results are the same. Thanks. [edit] Further experimentation yielded same results, meanwhile, the status line at the bottom goes through all the steps and eventually shows "grabmp3 () complete". I tried all 4 versions of jar,7.4.0, 7.4.0 blended, 7.4.0 CF7, and 7.4.0 CF7 blended, each within their own unique folder names, and all 4 have no folder named MP3 within, and I also have a c:pandoramp3 folder. I am still not getting anything saved, and am still getting the above error. I even tried falling back to version 1.5.0.4 of Firefox, but that had no effect. Any new ideas?
  4. I have used Unleashed in the past, and it still does pull the names of the 4 following files, yet they do not download any longer. As I watch the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th songs play, they are definitely the ones it pulls the names of with each 4 pulled. I am still trying to identify the reason it no longer works. I will follow up with the group when (and if) I resolve. For now, let's get the source code for the one Stress Fracture has, and we may be able to use his method to repair Unleashed.
  5. In regards to fixes for "save settings", I will search to find, but in its present state, nothing is saved. The folder doesn't contain any files. I did a global search on the hard drive for any MP3 files saved in the last 2 days, but no results were returned. The newest MP3 I have is ones that were saved back in May when it last worked for me. EDIT: Upon further inspection, I don't even have an "MP3" folder in the "C:Pandora" folder. I have done several different installations, the 7.4.0, 7.4.0 blended, 7.4.0 CF7, and 7.4.0 CF7 blended, each within their own unique folder names, and all 4 have no folder named MP3 within. If they're being saved, I sure can't find them. Thanks.
  6. OK folks, I need help if anyone is willing. I can get both the 7.4.0 and the 7.4.0 CF7 to work, but won't grab MP3s. They play, gather bios, connect to lastFM, but don't save any files. The window in the bottom shows the Grab complete, but there are no additions to the c:pandoramp3 folder. Does anyone know where to start to troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance.
  7. Hey Stress_Fracture, Good work there. I have a working version that does essentially what you have done but does so through the "station" you have playing. Question for you...when you say "random", do you mean random from within a particular station you selected, or completely random? In other words, do you have ANY control as to what type of music it provides "random" songs from? This could be an interesting blend of the process used by those here now. I would be interested in seeing the process you describe here working...any chance I could get the method you use?
  8. Yes, after the 4th song is played, a new xml is created with 4 new tracks. There is another user's tool out there that uses the xml to dl all 4 tracks at once, but also plays them one at a time, then when the next song (1 of 4) for the next set plays, the tool downloads the next 4 tracks at once again. It seems to me we could set it up to simply refresh the station repeatedly after it has downloaded the 4 tracks, and have it do another 4 tracks. This way, it would download many tracks per hour, far more than the number that would play in that same hour. I am speaking to the other programmer, so I will see if he can enlighten us.
  9. Lordy... Are you saying you will bestow upon me, those gorgeous lips, and hold yourself close to me, if I get your pandora time-shifter working?? Seriously, it's quite easy. Just download and unzip the following program (http://www.wirschell.nl/pandora/pandora.beta.7.4.0.zip). Then go into the folder and run the pandora.bat file. Once done, in the window that will open, assuming you have FireFox (www.firefox.com) installed, and enter your user ID and password for Pandora in the window at the bottom. Then click on the "Save Settings" button on the bottom right corner. Close it and restart. It should open again, get your personal stations, and start playing the last station you listened to.
  10. Yeah Coop, bio is what I was speaking of. And for me, it also fails first time out, but works 99% from there on. I would love for it to save automatically, so it would build a library of bios to go with the songs. The album art (in the top Pandora window) works for me all the time, and even when there is no artwork available, I get that gray/blue image of CD jewel cases stacked. If there is supposed to be a jpg file saved, then I don't think I've seen any, but I'll check.
  11. Hiwatt99, strange, not a big deal by any means, but when it creates the calendar based filename, it's naming them by the month of September (09), instead of October (10). I looked at your code in the post, and it looks right, so perhaps it's slightly different in the actual jar? Could it simply need an (add 1)>>? (can you tell I don't write code?! )
  12. Hey Cooper, Do you know how to update the html file for Pandomax? I see only a few lines of HTML in the file, and then a huge section of code or compiled code. I did the update for Mythos' version, and it was able to play, but still didn't capture and save. Thanks.
