Fire up regedit and check out Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices Just don't modify/delete anything in there. If you do some research on decoding the hex, you can get the drive serial, and even partition location on a disk for a mounted drive letter.

Not sure you know what's really going on. Check the email headers. It may just direct you to their service, but it may give you clues as to the original sender.

That post is from SOOO long ago back before a couple database migrations. May be why it's not showing up. If I remember in a couple weeks, I'll see what I can find out from support. I will be traveling for a couple weeks.

I had someone with an "Active User" account such as yourself test the search feature and it worked fine. I would check possible browser add-ons or something.

I will have to make a non-admin account to test. Works fine on this account.

What search bar are you using? Make sure it is searching "All Content". If needed, I can create a normal user account and test. You do have to watch when you do the search. If you are viewing a thread it will only search within that category. I was able to find the "Post war rig" thread using the all content search.

Well, most cases there is a signature in the contract saying that they understand communications can be monitored. Hence no warrant ;-).

I would suggest a couple things. Reading the following: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_Fraud_and_Abuse_Act Use Cellular data and not the school's WiFi. It's the schools choice to filter content they see fit. Don't expect help on hacking your school's systems here.
