Nice wallpaper, but the correct format command for joining the server in an irc client should be as follows

/connect irc.hak5.org:6667
THEN
/join #Hak5

Please note though, that some irc clients allow aliases (command shortcuts). eg. /j for join

My appologies folks, but I just noticed my error too.
It has been some time since I have used a non-Java irc client.

My correction to my original comment is that the command is infact;

/server irc.hak5.org:6667 instead of /connect

For those not familiar with irc command parameters, the numbers after the COLON symbol is the port to connect with.
This is similar to web browsing on port 80 or 8080.
